Hi @Mrs A , I would recommend the SA Smoothing Cleanser for her arms, this will help to exfoliate her skin. For the blemishes on her face, I would recommend a different cleanser, such as the Hydrating Cream-To-Foam and then follow up with the Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF for morning and Blemish Control Gel for the evening routine.
