@Jade @CeraVe Thank you. Since it was mentioned in the community, I have started to study the benefits of vitamin C used in conjunction with SPF. It also works in conjunction with niacinamide to boost the properties of all 3 ingredients. I hope we can try it soon, officially, to encourage it’s use.

Hi all. I was gifted a razor - specifically for women - to try. One with a big bar of sort of soap like foam around the edge. I won’t name and shame! Now, for the first the first time in about 10 years I’ve got red bumps and what I can only assume are going to be ingrown hairs! (Plus I’ve had to shave twice as often!) I’m going to slather my now horrid knees in SA body moisturiser in the hope it sorts it and go back to my trusty men’s Gillette razor!!Any other advice for when you’ve irritated your skin like this? (Excuse the picture of my prickly, blotchy knee!)

Ouchie - reapply specifically formukat3ed sunbathing spf every 2+ hours to reduce risk of additional skin damage. Face or body?? The hydrating cream in a big tub/pump version available is excellent to rehydrate face and body. Hope you're feeling better soon

Use a simple, non foaming cleanser like the Hydrating Cleanser, this will comfort and nourish the skin. Follow up with the AM Facial Lotion SPF50 which is fragrance free and the Moisturising Cream at night. All of our products include ceramides which is great for supporting your skin barrier and reducing irritation 💚💙

Hi, I use the Cerave AM facial moisturising lotion every morning but have not tried the PM one yet. Do you think I need to use it as I use the AM product. What benefits will it give me using both products?

Hi @Wootty65 great to hear your applying the spf 50 facial lotion daily. I would recommend the PM lotion, as you don’t need to apply UV protection to your skin at night time. The pm lotion is a cream- gel, which feels lightweight and super hydrating for the pm, containing triglycerides which helps to add extra nourishment to the skin PM 💙

Is it important to dry my skin before I apply moisturiser? If so what is the best way to do this a clean towel / face cloth or single use facial towels. Thanks

Hi there, use a flannel or cloth to remove any cleanser residue then your face should dry down within a minute - if it doesn’t you can use a tissue to absorb excess water. Then go ahead and apply serums/ moisturiser 💙
