Heyyy, I want to get a fringe again (sounds irrelevant I know), however whenever I do I get a really oily forehead that cusses the fringe to become greasy so quickly. I was wondering if there’s any tips so it won’t become as oily.

How much CeraVe moisturiser with SPF 50 should we put on our face and neck? I hear a lot of conflicting advice from doctors and NHS sites and the WHO. How often should I reapply it if I am walking in sunshine and do not perspire? I want to stay as safe as possible. Thank you for your time, expertise and kindness. 🌹

Hey @SSH-B 🌹 Great question- with regards to SPF application, always apply a 10 pence or 2 finger lengths amount to your face and neck. Reapplying every 2 hours , when frequently in the UVS. I Also find a spf mist is a great way to reapply through the day also and having this with you in your bag to top up. Hope this is helpful and you are very welcome 💙

Hey @Marina76 great question. Number 1 is stay out the sun when you can ; such as keeping in the shade, wearing a rounded hat or cap. Making sure to apply, and reapply SPF 50 throughout the day , also if you wear make -up you can apply a mineral spf 50 tint , which helps to cover and protect the pigmentation 💙

@Radi the Cereva products are formulated with ceramides to help restore and maintain the skins barrier. Which helps to maintain moisture levels and balance combination skin. The AM moisturiser with spf 50 would be good to use and the PM moisturiser. The hydrating cream-to-foam cleanser would also be good to use. 💙
