My beautiful boy, my uneven skin

I have a half average, and I am getting the odd spot. The other half is full of black and whiteheads under the skin, and I've tried the blemish cream, but nothing happened. It just got rid of surface spots. Has anyone any idea how I can get rid of the spots under the skin?
