I have received the Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum from CeraVe Community to test in exchange for my honest review I actually know this serum as I have been using this for about 8 months so I am over the moon as I knew how good this product is for my skin. I have been applying the serum in the evenings after cleansing my face and neck. The serum has nice texture and it absorbs very fast. It really helps to hydrate my menopausal skin which really needs this! My skin is radiant and dry patches has disappeared! I have noticed the difference after about 2 weeks of using it! Thank you CeraVe!!

This cream is so good for my dry skin. I particularly like that it exfoliates whilst being gentle on my skin.

CeraVe’s Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum has a lovely light but creamy texture and has been perfect on my combination skin. After trying it last night and this morning, here are my thoughts about it:  My skin is in an oily phase at the moment and it would be tempting to reach for something marketed to that specific concern. However, I’ve tried lots of those serums and they often leave my face feeling tacky or tight. This Hydrating serum is completely different! It’s got a creamy texture that sinks in really quickly. It leaves your skin feeling smooth, almost like the feel a primer gives. Normally I’m itching to get my night cream on but after going off to do a job whilst this serum settled, I realised much later that I’d forgotten to go back! I couldn’t believe it!  I’ve slowly been learning that my “oily” skin actually needs more moisture and I’ve been moving away from products marketing toward that concern. This hydrating serum again confirms that this approach is working for me. I woke up with lovely soft skin and even in this hot weather it wasn’t oily or greasy at all.  Based on the success I had trying this out at night I decided to give it a go as part of my morning routine. It again sank in really quickly and it sat nicely under my usual primer. It didn’t cause any piling and even better didn’t seem to make my foundation move around any more than it usually does! The quest to find products that layer well has been on going for me so on that basis this is definitely a keeper for me! If you need a gentle but moisturising serum (and even if like me you’ve got oily skin and think you don’t) give this one a try. I’m definitely adding this to my routine on a permanent basis.
