Hyaluronic Acid Serum 💙

When I heard that Cerave had developed a Hyaluronic Serum I knew I had to try it, especially as their products are known for using ceramides to lock in moisture and boost skin barrier function and this new product using HA as the star. Firstly, it’s a milky, gel textured serum, thicker than expected and not runny which instantly makes you realise this is different. It uses their MVE multi layer dispensing technology keeping hydration levels constant for up to 24 hours. It is also fragrance free. The product has a push dispenser which gives just the right amount each time reducing wastage seen with liquid serums. Whilst it is slightly thicker this does mean it takes a little time longer to be absorbed but is not at all sticky or greasy.  After 2 weeks of use my sensitive skin has had no adverse reactions at all. My skin looks far smoother in texture and the dullness seems to have lifted slightly. I have also found it has a double benefit where I can use it as a moisturiser, especially if I am in a rush in the morning, and also keep it in my handbag during the day if my skin feels especially dry.  My dry skin is loving this serum and I have had no pilling issues under make up. I absolutely love it and am so grateful to be able to try before I (definitely) buy in this instance. Active Ingredients: Hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, ceramides
