If you’re not using spf as your daily skincare routine, where’ve you been? 😃✨☀️ Not only does the SPF by cerave keep your skin hydrated and nourished all day but it has 3 essential ceramides and is reknown for protecting the skins natural barrier 👍🏻. It’s not greasy & doesn’t leave that horrid white residue, it’s a YES from me.

I saw a few comments last week about CeraVe not being as easily available in certain shops so thought I’d post this fab selection I saw in my local Sainsbury’s last night. It’s perhaps not somewhere you’d automatically think to look so I wanted to remind everyone that the range is available there. I’m lucky that my store is quite a big one and does have a large beauty department in it. Hopefully if you’ve got one near you they will have just as good a selection. This Cleanser is my favourite when I remove makeup after a long day. I use the CeraVe hydrating micellar water and then cleanse using this CeraVe’s hydrating foaming oil Cleanser. It leaves my skin soft and supple while hydrating. It removes impurities and makes skin refreshing 💚💕💙

If you suffer from dry, bumpy or rough skin I would highly recommend giving the CERAVE SA smoothing Cream a try. It is really effective on chicken skin. This cream exfoliates, smooth and softens rough skin while helping restore the skin barrier. Combine with 3 essential Ceramide, urea, and salicylic acid that moisturises skin and leaves it more smoother. It's fragrance free which is impressive. Suitable for sensitive and dermatologist-recommended. (Self purchased) Pov: To protect your skin always perform a patch test beforehand
