Skin Protection in the sun

The CeraVe Daily moisturising AM spf50 has fast become a favourite. It needs to be reapplied regularly when we are out and about/at work etc /usual day to protect our faced from 'accidental exposure' .... it's now part of my regular routine. The only caveat for me - if you KNOW you'll be in full sun most of day, parks/picnics/days out/on a beach scenario - you should consider a specific sunscreen with zinc/chemical/organic filters to protect from long-term damage. CeraVe have a range (yellow package) that we can buy online from the usual places that cater worldwide around £10+.... Spf sun Protection is key to protect skin from collagen/elastin damage in addition to BCC [basal cell carcinoma /cancer changes in skin) ..... stay protected/stay safe
