Skincare routine for summer sun
Wash your face twice a day . Keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eat foods that are rich in vitamin E. Try to avoid harsh chemicals on the skin. Add antioxidants in your daily skincare routine. After washing face, apply serum that addresses your skin's need and select a moisturizer that fits your skin type. Also apply an eye cream and SPF daily avoid exposure to harmful rays of the sun. CeraVe is the best option for every skin type that I use daily.
