Tingle
When I first started trying to find a routine as a teenager, I was given some product to try that made my face tingle / burn. Someone told me "that's how you know it's working!"
Most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard, and thankfully wasn't gullible to believe it! Cerave doesn't make my face tingle and it's the only thing that's ever cleared up my skin.
