Some think piling on products will yield faster results. Often, over-layering can clog pores, lead to irritation, or reduce product effectiveness.

I have just seen on my socials the belief that crushing aspirin and mixing it with water can act as a miracle acne treatment. The idea is that aspirin contains salicylic acid, which is effective for acne, so people apply it directly to pimples. While salicylic acid is a well-known acne-fighting ingredient, crushing aspirin tablets can be risky because itโ€™s not formulated for topical use, and it could cause irritation or allergic reactions. Plus, the aspirin tablet might have other additives that are harmful to the skin. Itโ€™s always better to use products designed for skincare rather than home concoctions like this!

This has helped to soothe my skin. Refreshed my face. Moistrised my face without compromising on quality as most face washes affect my skin and cause irritation.
