For me Iโ€™d feel a radiant light shine from within if I could be skin confident. Blooming big pores, acne scar marks and pitted depressions, bumps and roughness etc. All have gotten worse as I have aged. Be it hormonal or environmental, Iโ€™ve heard all the causes. Solutions though Iโ€™ve been given very few. Heard loads about Cera Ve and often wondered if this could be the one solution to help me come out from hiding under that bushel and shine radiant and renewed. So that I could indeed let the little light in me shine all the time.

Entering the menopause at the age of 45 after having a hysterectomy iwas not only a shock on my body but my skin changed dramatically. It still changes from time to time, first oily, then dry and it has become sensitive too. I use the full range of cleansers and so does my husband and 15 year old son. We also use the foot cream and body moisturiser and canโ€™t wait to delve deeper in to see what other products will benefit our skins. Xx

Skincare is a journey. It takes time and patience to reap the benefits! It is a long term investment. Achieving success is a matter of sticking to your daily routines and analysing the results. If one product could suit every person, there would be no reason for having choices. Analyse what your skin needs. Ask the experts for their advice. I have tagged some of my favourites below.

Hi Turning 50 has had its surprises and challengesโ€ฆ little did I realise teenage acne would fit both categories. Peri- menopause has a lot to answer for! Taking the advice of my 14 year old skin consultant ( who knows everything!)   I admit to stealing her products but I refuse to admit sheโ€™s right! Trying all the products is my personal aim so help me! I need it!
