1. Wash my face first thing with cerave foaming cleanser in summer and cerave hydrating cleanser in winter. As I have perimrnopausal skin which is drier in winter and prone to blemishes in summer. 2. After cleansing I Use a few drops of cerave hyaluronoc acid serum which plumps up my skin 3. I apply eye cream with my ring finger patting under my eyes 4. I use cerave am moisturiser. SPF 25 5. I use the blemish gel when I notice some breakouts. 6. Iโ€™m 51 with fair skin prone to pigmentation. So I would love to try the new am moisturising cream with spf 50 as I can be assured that Iโ€™ll be protected by harmful uv rays.

I'll be totally honest (and cheeky): I've already welcomed the amazing CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF50 (FML) in my morning skincare routine as it gives me both hydration and protection in just one step, saving me time, money and effort, but since I've also convinced the rest of the family to use CeraVe winning a full skincare set to restock our cabinet would be awesome. Fingers crossed, I'll give it a shot. As time is a luxury, I need to keep my routines simple without giving up on effectiveness. I use a few products to cover my B.A.D. skin concerns, namely Blemishes, Aging, Dryness. I wash my face with a CeraVe hydrating cleanser (I've been loving the Foaming Oil formula lately) in combo with the Blemish Control one as prevention is better than cure. I then apply a face toner (from another brand but it's still in the L'Orรฉal family, super honest here, sorry) and occasionally a blemish control gel, if blemishes are on the way due to my stress level going up. Then it's time to apply my eye cream and the CeraVe FML, enjoy the immediate replenishment of my skin and carry on with my makeup after a few minutes. The most critical step of my morning skincare routine is to make sure my other half uses his CeraVe cleanser (I picked the SA Smoothing Cleanser for him) and wears my/our FML SPF50 too. Can't yet convince him about the face toner, but the essentials are a must as we want to grow old (but well maintained) together, happily ever after. ๐Ÿ’™

Severe acne needs strong oral and topical medicine. CeraVe compliments prescription meds. By using the CeraVe Cleanser of your choice, AM SPF 50 moisturising lotion and PM moisturising lotion, your skin can stay hydrated whilst your medicines dry up sebum. Please discuss what to use for hydration with your primary care provider. My GP uses CeraVe and recommended the brand to me for keeping facial eczema at bay. It works for me. Please ask our experts for their opinions & advice at any time.

my morning routine is quite basic; I wash my face with salicylic acid acne cleanser, use facial moisturizer then SPF and I'm good to go. I discovered Cerave about 2 years ago when I was battling with severe acne, spots and hyperpigmentation but couldn't afford it initially. Then my brother-inlaw asked what I wanted for Christmas, and I told him to buy me Cerave products for my face. He did and I switched to the Cerave acne benzoyl peroxide cleanser, the Am moisturiser with SPF and the PM moisturiser. My face cleared up significantly and nothing else has worked for my face like Cerave since then. Been planning to save up to buy a full range of Cerave and would just love to get this!

This is helpful as it protects the skin against the sun whilst at the same time, it helps with evening skin tone and also ensuring skin is moisturized

Any advice here would be great. I keep on getting rid of my break outs in like a week and then they come back like a day or 2 after any recommendations would be helpful
