Oily patches, dry skin

Lately I’ve been suffering from oil filled patches which I can’t stop weeping! My overall skin is actually pretty dry but manageable! Please help

I once heard from the beauty expert that the most annoying customers are those who didn't follow the steps she presented such as how much and how to apply and said "it didn't work". So, always follow the steps the expert said.
