My skincare tip for summer is to drink lots of water, eat summer fruits and use nice cleanser, moisturiser eith SPF to get the healthy skin.

Hydration is key particularly in summer, when the humidity and dry wind can suck the moisture out of even oily skin like my own. I suggest regular moisturising and spf. The best method for me is dotting all over the face evenly to ensure I get every spot

My favourite everyday (and especially warmer months) skincare product is spf, in recent years it has become my holy grail product and i use it daily no matter the weather. I recently tried out the Cerave daily moisturiser with Spf and it seems to be a great formula for everyday wear no matter your skin type.

In the morning I start with a gentle face wash to remove my night buildups, followed by a hydrating toner to balance my skin. I then apply CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF 50 which would act as a barrier again UV damage. This provides hydration along with protection against the sun. I only use my products from a trusted brand like from CeraVe.

Most people remember to wear sun cream on their body. But many will forget their face. You should atleast the size of a teaspoon on your face and reapply every 2 hours when out in the sun
