I like to keep my morning routine simple as I'm up early either with my son or getting ready for work, I'll cleanse, pat my skin dry then apply an SPF moisturiser and eye cream. I'd love to include an SPF 50 as I feel it would give me better protection from sun damage than my current lower SPF.

Hi everyone, I have relatively balanced skin but can sometimes lean on the dry side. I find I like to switch products up every so often to keep my skin looking it's best. Right now I'm really focusing on hydration and so I wanted to share two Cerave products that I loveeeeee, first is the hydrating cleanser because it just cleanses my skin so well without that stripping feeling! Secondly I adore the AM moisturising lotion SPF30, it feels gorgeous on my skin and I just love how my skin looks when wearing it! I will be purchasing the SPF50 when this runs out 😍☀️#MeAndCeraVe

Just tried cerave facial moisturising lotion AM with SPF 50. It's by far the best I've used so far as it isn't greasy and doesn't make my skin shiny.

My skin type is a combination of dry skin on the cheeks and around the eyes and oily skin on the forehead and nose.I also have a tendency to develop dark spots in the sun and I try to combat fine lines around the corners of the eyes. I am also trying to prevent skin dullness and deep wrinkles; therefore, I choose skin care products to help tackle these issues. I find that incorporating SPF into my morning skincare routine is necessary to prevent dark spots, skin aging, and skin burn. I try to protect my skin with a routine that can protect it against pollutants and keep it hydrated at all times. The first product I use is a blemish control cleanser to remove impurities and sebum from the oily parts of my skin. I follow with a serum with retinol to tackle signs of ageing and moisturize my skin. Keeping the skin moisturised during sunny, hot days is very important to prevent drying of the skin. Then I apply an eye cream, which is very important for mature skin to tackle fine lines, dark circles, and dry skin under the eye area. It is nice that CeraVe now offers a morning moisturizing lotion with a variety of SPF. I prefer to use SPF50. This is the highlight of my morning routine: adding the AM SPF50 facial moisturising lotion to know that my skin is not only moisturized but also protected against UVA and UVB.
