I'm using CeraVe Blemish Control Gel and I noticed my skin looks clearer and the red marks have faded. The texture has become softer and smoother, and my skin tone is more even. The gel absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue, and it acts as a gentle daily exfoliator without causing any peeling, thanks to the three essential ceramides that help restore the skin barrier.

Hi all, Iโ€™ve always like to keep a face wash on hand for days when I want to โ€œwashโ€ my face rather than just cleanse it. If that makes sense - lol. I currently have the CeraVe Micellar Water and the Hydrating cleanser but I donโ€™t have a more โ€œwashโ€ type solution from CeraVe.  Whatโ€™s the difference between the foaming cleanser and the cream to foam cleanser? Iโ€™ve never used either - would either fit the bill for something that lathers when you canโ€™t to give your face a good old wash!?? ( I have combination skin and get the old pimple if I eat too much sugar - if thatโ€™s relevant.) #MeAndCeraVe! Would love to hear your experiences. X

- Shield your skin from the sun. This is the most important tip for summer skincare. The sun's UV rays can damage your skin, leading to premature aging, wrinkles, and even skin cancer. To protect your skin, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every day, even on cloudy days. - Keep your skin hydrated. Hot summer weather can dry out your skin. To keep your skin hydrated, drink plenty of water and use a lightweight, oil-free moisturiser. - Exfoliate regularly. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells from the surface of your skin, which can help prevent breakouts and make your skin look brighter. However, be careful not to exfoliate too often, as this can irritate your skin.

In the morning I use the hydrating wash or sa cleanser then follow with moisturiser cream but now it's the summer would love to try the one with spf as I have psoriasis and can find it hard to get a spf that's suitable for my skin without bringing me out in a rash and is not too heavy.

My daytime routine is simple.I Stick with products from CeraVe because they all contain Ceramides delivered by their own special system. I Double cleanse if I used CeraVe Retinol serum at night - by I wiping over with CeraVe micellar water and cleanse with CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser. I apply CeraVe Eye Repairing Cream to keep the delicate skin around my eyes well catered for. Next is CeraVe Daily moisturise with SPF. Everything I do to prepare my face for the day is only valid if I finish off with SPF. Too high a quota of UVA & UVB will cause melasma and could cause harmful skin damage like carcinomas. The message here is moisturise & protect!

Stay hydrated!! This is the key to a beautiful glowy summery skin ๐Ÿซง๐Ÿซงโ›ฑ๏ธ๐ŸŒž - first by drinking enough water throughout the day and by hydrating your skin! (specific targeting moisturizers/masks)- Keep refreshing mists (facial/body) available (good quality ones not with "chemicals" only with natural ingredients... or gels with aloe vera etc. - avoid excessive heat hours when at the beach (12h .... 17h) - put SPF!!! a good high level one (SPF 50) we cannot repeat that enough but put!!! put!!! put!!! every 2 hours at least, especially when out/beach ๐Ÿ–๏ธ ๐ŸŒŠ - and last but not least: enjoy your summer Ladies and keep on shining ๐ŸŒŸ and smiling ๐Ÿ˜Š and don't forget your sunglasses ๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ ๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ!
