My top tips would be:
๐ฆ Hydrate, drink LOADS of water.
๐ฃ Give your feet a pamper, banish the rough skin and apply a little polish ๐
๐ผ
๐ค Wear a hat to protect your scalp! You rarely apply SPF there and it'll catch you out!
๐ฅ๏ธ Apply your SPF, higher the better, even if it's cloudy!
๐ฌ๏ธ If it's windy you likely won't feel the burn, so make sure to reapply your suncream.
๐ฟ Be sure to treat any sunburn with something super moisturising and soothing.
๐ผ Keep babies, children and pets shaded as much as possible. A hat is a must and don't forget they won't know they've had too much sun, you're their only hope. If they overheat do not pop them in cold water, they'll go into shock. Cool with damp flannels and seek medical advice.
๐ฟ You'll naturally be more sweaty and oily, make sure to double cleanse to avoid blocked pores.
โฑ๏ธโบ๐ฒ๐ณ Get out and about if you can, go for walks, be with nature, even if it's for ten minutes, it does wonders for your mental health, and you'll feel great after ๐ง
๐งlimit salt intake, it'll only dehydrated you. Reach for the salads instead ๐ฅ
๐โ๏ธ๐ธ Enjoy sunmer! Slow down and look around, the trees are green & lush, your skins glowing, life feels better. It only lasts about two weeks so don't let it skip by without appreciating it ๐ ๐ซถ๐ผ
