Ok. They could ignore me or listen to what I say. I went over to them and told them about CeraVe SPF 50 moisturising lotion. I went through hydration, protection & skin barrier. They were actually interested because a few of the lads had gotten burned last summer. I offered them a sachet each, but they said it would be unprofessional to accept. One of the guys took a photo on his phone. They would not let me take a pic of them with the sachets because they were officially at work. My husband thinks I’m unusual & is happy he married an interesting woman. 🌹

Really couldn't do without this I use it a lot. It makes my skin feel so soft and look so fresh and healthy

First I cleanse my skin using a cleanser bar, so easy and quick I then add some moisturiser and leave that to sink in for a bit I then add my spf and add either a tinted moisturiser to it or a glow type moisturiser to give me a summer glow for the day. I have also started using a niacinamide cream recently and often add that into my routine too. But spf is important as I burn and being 50 I want to stay looking as young as possible

I start my morning by washing and cleansing my face with Luke warm water and a gentle cleanser. It removes dirt, oil, and impurities that accumulate overnight, preparing my skin for the day. 2. I Apply serum with vitamin C and vollagen acid to protect my skin from environmental damage and support overall skin health. 3. I then Gently dab a small amount of eye cream around my eyes. It helps reduce puffiness, dark circles, and provide hydration to the delicate skin around my eyes. 5. I apply sheishedo water based moisturizer. Start off the day with washing my face with just warm water.  Then use a cleanser( preferably the cera ve one)  Then apply bio oil to help with blemishes on my cheeks and nose  Then use the cera ve moisturiser  Leave that all to dry in and then do my makeup
