My go to is a weekly facemask preferably with a clay mask. I let it dry and then apply steam

I recommend having a face steam once every two weeks, for instance, on the weekends. This steam bath will relax the skin, and the heat will break up build-ups, sebum and impurities trapped beneath the skin and in the pores, making it easier to remove them. Therefore, it is recommended to exfoliate the skin after a facial steam.

Prevention is also the best way to avoid having to deal with blemishes. Even if this is not always possible, people who are restless and more prone to being nervous and stressed, like me, keep touching their faces and fiddling with spots, which makes things worse. CeraVe blemish control gel is a product one can also use on the go. I apply it to spots and regions on the face that I touched to prevent developing more spots and having to deal with lots of blemishes.

I think itโ€™s always important to wash your face with a cleanser, toner it and then apply cream. Itโ€™s the only way I can get rid of any blemishes and blackheads on my face. I donโ€™t find the blackhead strips suit my skin, sometimes my spots are angry looking, I have to add a little tea tree oil to them directly.

As someone with acne prone and sensitive thatโ€™s has struggled with acne since age 9 . Now Iโ€™m 20 and I think I finally understand my skin. I thinkkk, but here are my top tips. 1) your diet is everything , one thing I noticed that really changed my skin in a way was drinking a lot of lemon with ginger(like a guy shot ). And eating lots of vegetables. 2) The less products you use the better. As someone with sensitive skin when I first started my skin care journey I bought so much products and that just made me breakout. All you need is a good cleanser , serum , a blemish control gel, a good moisturiser and an SPF . After buying so many cleansers , the only one that worked for me was the blemish control cleanser by cera ve topped with the blemish control gel. Thatโ€™s a combo. 3) My last would definitely be hygiene, wash your face twice a day ( you donโ€™t have to double cleanse ) I tried double cleansing and all I did was break out more and more for more than a month. Change your pillow case aswell. 4) And lastly exfoliate your skin at least once a week or once in two weeks ( as someone with sensitive skin I donโ€™t have the luxury to exfoliate my skin that much ) . I hope this helps someone .
