#Competition blemish control tips. The most effective tips from my experience is always cleanse and moisturise with a good quality product -The blemish range by CeraVe is super effective. I've found it's really important to remove excess oil and moisturise too to help the skin repair. Also if you can exfoliate a couple of times a week that really improves my skin. Mostly my blemishes are from hormonal changes but since sticking to this regime,my skin has improved. Plus this is a big one ,drink water whenever you can .๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™

I would love to run this hamper as I trust CeraVe would be the solution to my blemish prone skin. Meanwhile one thing that works for me is NIACINAMIDE!!!!

A dab of toothpaste on any spot or blemish works a treat - obviously need to remember to remove it before you leave the house! My skin (and my teenage son) have quite a lot of blemishes, and we have great fun dabbing toothpaste on them!

I stopped using my towel on my face and use a single use kitchen towel instead. My skin has never been so clear

My top tips are to use an exfoliating cleanser at least twice a week and to focus on blemish and blackhead prone areas. Make sure to clean your face thoroughly especially if you use makeup. I also recommend using products that contain salicylic acid. Make sure to keep your skin moisturised and donโ€™t overdo it. Less is more. Stripping away your skins natural barrier will lead to more problems so be gentle and avoid overloading with products. Keep it simple

1. Daily Cleansing - like I mean serious commitment to washing your face everyday (this rule is my gold standard for better skin) 2. Donโ€™t touch your face unless with clean hands3. Use kitchen paper towels to dry your face, or if you have a towel specifically for drying your clean face. Thereโ€™s obviously a lot more advice to help achieve good skin, but I find that these 3 can be done by all and applied to anyoneโ€™s skin routine to prevent blemishes, breakouts and blackheads

Best advice I can give is to scrub the face as mush as possible, and refresh with natural aloe
