1. Daily Cleansing - like I mean serious commitment to washing your face everyday (this rule is my gold standard for better skin)
2. Donโt touch your face unless with clean hands3. Use kitchen paper towels to dry your face, or if you have a towel specifically for drying your clean face.
Thereโs obviously a lot more advice to help achieve good skin, but I find that these 3 can be done by all and applied to anyoneโs skin routine to prevent blemishes, breakouts and blackheads
