As someone with acne prone and sensitive thatโ€™s has struggled with acne since age 9 . Now Iโ€™m 20 and I think I finally understand my skin. I thinkkk, but here are my top tips. 1) your diet is everything , one thing I noticed that really changed my skin in a way was drinking a lot of lemon with ginger(like a guy shot ). And eating lots of vegetables. 2) The less products you use the better. As someone with sensitive skin when I first started my skin care journey I bought so much products and that just made me breakout. All you need is a good cleanser , serum , a blemish control gel, a good moisturiser and an SPF . After buying so many cleansers , the only one that worked for me was the blemish control cleanser by cera ve topped with the blemish control gel. Thatโ€™s a combo. 3) My last would definitely be hygiene, wash your face twice a day ( you donโ€™t have to double cleanse ) I tried double cleansing and all I did was break out more and more for more than a month. Change your pillow case aswell. 4) And lastly exfoliate your skin at least once a week or once in two weeks ( as someone with sensitive skin I donโ€™t have the luxury to exfoliate my skin that much ) . I hope this helps someone .

Definitely DONT EVER pick your pimples or scars because that can lead to scars beneath the skin that will be visible even when the surface layer of skin has healed. Cleanse skin 2x daily morning and evening (I use Cerave Blemish control cleanser and it has worked wonders!). Then to reduce the visibility of blemishes and to even out skin tone use a toner after cleansing in the mornings and evenings. Finally, use a moisturiser and sunscreen that works for your skin (I have oily skin so I use a non greasy 2 in one moisturiser and spf 50 sunscreen). All of these steps will definitely help to deal with blemishes and I repeat, DONT EVER PICK YOUR FACE. PS: I have never bought the blemish control gel but I would definitely try it after all the positive reviews that I am seeing everywhere.

Morning: 1. Cleanse: Use a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt or oil accumulated overnight. 2. Tone (optional): Apply a toner to rebalance your skin's pH levels and tighten pores. 3. Moisturize: Apply a lightweight moisturizer to hydrate your skin and create a protective barrier. 4. Sunscreen: Finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays. Evening: 1. Cleanse: Use the same gentle cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, and oil from the day. 2. Exfoliate (2-3 times a week): Use a chemical exfoliant containing ingredients like glycolic acid or salicylic acid to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. 3. Treat: Apply any targeted treatments, such as acne spot treatments or serums. 4. Moisturize: Follow up with a richer moisturizer to replenish your skin overnight. Optional: 1. Mask (1-2 times a week): Use a face mask tailored to your skin's needs, such as a clay mask for oil control or a hydrating mask for dry skin. 2. Eye cream: Apply an eye cream to hydrate and address specific concerns like dark circles or fine lines. Remember, consistency is key, and it's essential to listen to your skin's needs and adjust your routine accordingly.

I often double cleanse a couple times weekly to deep cleanse and not too often so not to strip my skin, following up with hydrating moisturiser

Itโ€™s important to moisturise regardless of whether or not you have oily skin or dry skin, itโ€™s also important to wear an appropriate SPF. Combining the two is even better so I use the am spf moisturiser and an eye cream as your eye area requires just as much attention
