Undeniably a good skin care routine , being properly hydrated , eating well & exercise is always recommended.
Unfortunately a lot of us know that doesnt always do the job.
An investment ,silk pillowcases are much healthier for your skin & hair, they must be washed regularly(they dry really quickly too.)
They arenโt cheap though,I wish they had been available for our budget in the 70โs & 80โs when my teenage skin was at itโs worst.
In the shower wash your face last so there arenโt traces of hair conditioner on your face.
Keep hair away from face when you sleep.
First you get spots,then later you get wrinkles & when you get your first spots in your wrinkles you know Mother Nature has a twisted sense of humour.
You are your harshest critic so be kind to yourself.
