Growing up, I was told by my parents that scrubbing limestone on my acne would reduce and eventually help my acne go away. Whilst it has anti-inflammatory properties, the harshness of the stone meant that I was exfoliating my skin more and damaging my skin barrier. In turn it led to hyperpigmentation.  By using a Cera Ve cleanser over the past couple of years, I’ve managed to target my problematic areas where I had hyperpigmentation and acne and I’m almost back to clear skin!

I honestly believe I have heard the most wild myths tonight by reading everyone's messages 😂 urine, onions, carrots and tomatoes, I have never once seen any of these online 😂 My first thought was this new wat to dermaplan your face by using dry shampoo. You spray it all over your face and the white powder that comes out of them will highlight any peach fuzz....to be honest in my opinion, if you need to spray white powder on your face just so you can see your peach fuzz, than it clearly isn't that bad 😂
