Amazing moisturizer ๐Ÿ’™

This oil control gel cream moisturizer has my heart. It's so light weight and doesn't feel sticky. The texture is great leaving skin smooth. Keeps skin hydrated and absorbs oil. I have a combination skin and this is too good for me. ๐Ÿ’™โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’•

SPF!

Iโ€™m going to start retinol soon, I struggle so much with spf as they always cause me to breakout or dehydrate my skin! Has anyone with oily acne prone skin tried the CeraVe spf and can recommend it?

Have you tried the CeraVe spf? Itโ€™s a moisturiser too and really great at hydrating the skin aswel as protecting from UV ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒž. Also, thereโ€™s an oil control moisturiser ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป. You could try the SA cleanser twice daily to prevent breakouts and even out the skins surface? Retinol PM ๐Ÿ˜Š

I have been struggling with blemishes and I have dry/combo skin. Using the AM spf moisturiser has been great, it's very light and not oily/greasy like a lot of spf lotions. I think it could work for you.

Roaccutane and cera ve

I am on roaccutane treatment, skin is so dry and irritated at the moment! I was using e45 for weeks, cera ve moisturiser has done wonders. So hydrating and not greasy

Good information! If you get dryness up your nose or around your lips, try the Advanced Repair Ointment. It outshines plain petrolatum because it has hyaluronic acid, and ceramides to further hydrate & protect you.

Summer skin

Finding myself struggling with the shine on my face during the past summer months. I know itโ€™s a combination of sweat also but I always find my makeup has oxidised complรฉtely and I look so oily by the end of the day #meandcerave

Are you using CeraVe oil free moisturiser or PM moisturiser in the evening? Have you tried blotting pads for oily skin?

I also have combination skin and I sweat a lot. I use this new CeraVe oil control gel cream moisturizer under my makeup and it's wonderful. You can try layering this moisturizer behind your makeup and it will help control the oiliness๐Ÿ’™

cystic acne

I've been getting 1 or 2 cystic painful bumps every week. How can reduce the inflammation and stop them from coming in?

Acne breakouts love bacteria. Make sure to keep your skin scrupulously clean. Never touch your face unnecessarily. If you wear makeup, keep it as clean as possible, washing applicators and brushes after each use. The best cleanser is any you fancy. Once you have cleansed thoroughly, please follow Elizabeth the Skin Expert's advice, and follow up with micellar water, I believe Jade does it the other way roundโ€ฆ micellar and then cleanser. No matter: the point is to double cleanse. If you use a facecloth, make sure you change it daily. I use one in the AM & one in the PM. If you are still suffering after all that, please see your healthcare provider.

Blackheads and pores

Try the blemish control cleaner followed by the gel directly to the affected areas. The SA cleanser is also really exfoliating but gentle too.

Cleanse every morning and evening with your chosen cleanser. Cleanse once or twice a week with blemish cleanser. When cleansing, massage the cleanser well into the problem areas. Double cleanse every evening. Follow up with blemish gel on the affected areas and finish with AM moisturiser with SPF 50 in the day, and PM moisturiser in the evening. DO NOT use pore strips or gritty exfoliants as they will damage your skin barrier.
