A skincare myth that I heard was to use hemorrhoid cream to reduce wrinkles on your face. But using hemorrhoid creams on your face can be dangerous and may make your skin thinner & make it fragile. The ingredients in hemorrhoid creams can burn and irritate your eyes, and may even cause serious damage. ๐Definitely not recommended!!!
A skincare hack I've seen recently and mentioned on skincare chat before is the use of sudocrem as a face mask. Apparently the zinc is good for acne and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. I think I will be sticking to retinol! #FactCheckYourFeed!

The stupidest thing Iโve seen advised is โthe more you wash you face the betterโ. As a teen I did this as I had oily skin and itโs only been as a fully grown adult Iโve realised how many years i spent stripping my skin and making the oiliness worse! Now I use a proper moisturiser and gentle cleansers. So much less oily!
There was a myth in past which has burst now that Oily skin doesn't need a moisturiser, In fact all skin type need moistursier including Oily skin.
Cerave has range of moisturisers available including oily, dry and combination skin.
