At 70 years old, I need to be especially kind to my face, so I will still look ok at 80. In my youth, sunscreens did not exist, so now I do my best to improve the dark patches that sunbathing has left on my face. I also want a soft, smooth complexion. I choose CeraVe as the ceramides in it protect my skin barrier. The products complement each other. There is no perfume to irritate my skin. I see improvements and am happy.

I use theCeraVe fomaing cleanser every morning it helped to get rid of spots and get a brighter skin the. L use the CeraVe moisture it makes my skin very smooth the I use a serum to keep my face hydrated

I first splash cold water on my face then go on with the cerave hydrating cleanser. Then with the facials moisturising lotion

My arms, legs and lips tend to become dry. When this happens, in particular my arms, they become itchy.

Why do you use this routine?
I use this routine as these products are great hydrators. They protect my skin whilst adding much needed hydration. They don't leave my skin looking or feeling greasy.
