Hand care

I wash my hands with the hydrating cleanser to keep them clean and soft.I then like to use moisturising lotion on my hands as it’s so hydrating.I follow with the advanced healing ointment.The healing ointment has soothed and repaired all my cracks and dry skin.You only need such a small amount as it spreads so easily into my skin.It leaves my hands so so soft and ready to face the day

CeraVe day and night.Dont forget your SPF. I would use the blemish control cleanser, SPF-( as high as possible )moisturiser then top up with that during the day. At night use the moisturiser without SPF,job done.💙💙😁

I love using a thicker moisturiser at night. And I suffer from spots on the top of my back and shoulders, so the SA cream is the best product I’ve used. It reduces the blemishes over night!

Hydrating cleanser for my whole body.

I now use this for all of me in the shower. It is so moisturising and luxurious. I love to pamper myself. I have ordered the 1 litre size.

Beautiful Hands routine.

Keeping hands clean and washing dishes and housework can cause dryness. It is important to rinse off all soap and moisturise them after every time you have them in water. I tend to keep and use the large pot of hydrating cream beside the kitchen sink. I take my CeraVe hand cream in my handbag when I go out. At night before bed I massage the Advanced Repair Ointment into my nails & cuticles. Once a week I put the ointment on like hand cream & sleep in unbleached white cotton gloves. On all other days I massage the ointment on my cuticles & nails and CeraVe hand cream massaged in well before bed.

Best daily spring cleaning routine

I am using the SA cleanser for a week to see how it affects my face. I do not mind purchasing different CeraVe cleansers as my skin changes with the seasons. Today I feel my skin is dry, but much in need of a salicylic exfoliating boost. I have every confidence in this product. I follow with the pm moisturiser and under eye cream.
