Can anyone help??? For the last few summers I have been getting red spots on my t zone. If I wear foundation, sun cream, toner it seems to also cause it now. Im 56 and have been blaming the menopause. Do you think this is rosacea. If so what can I use??

Hey Hels, I’m afraid we can’t diagnose but I’m sorry to hear you are struggling with your skin. I recommend a simple routine of cleanser, moisturiser and SPF. Hydrating Cleanser (which is non foaming, this won’t strip your skin of moisture or irritate redness further) AM Facial Lotion SPF50 (to hydrate and protect your skin) PM Facial Lotion See how you get on with this routine and check back in a few weeks to update me! Might also be worth looking at the ingredients of your products/makeup, check they aren’t comedogenic ingredients (as these will clog your pores) 💚💙
