Hi, I really struggle with Hormonal acne and blemish prone

Hi, I really struggle with Hormonal acne and blemish prone skin but also senstive skin. I have tried everything and nothing seems to calm breakouts down and i just want clear skin :(. I am currently on Duac prescribed for the GP but i just would like a nice routine to go alone side of this. Someone please help !!
