Hi Team Experts. I am a big fan of all CeraVe products for long time. I have dry atopic skin and the products were so far so good. Until this morning when i put my facial cream as usual and all my skin start burning. I needed to wash it straight away as couldn’t stand the feeling. Do you think this could be just a one time thing? I am a bit scared to use it again now 😣

Hey @InnaB , have you used any new products in your routine? It could be that due to the colder weather, your skin has become more sensitive. The Facial Lotion is fragrance free and suitable for sensitive skin therefore I would recommend changing your cleanser to the Hydrating version if you don’t use this already which is soap free so is non-foaming, comforting cleanser. It could be a process of elimination to see what could be causing this issue! 💙 (edited)
