Hi there I need a lil advice, I think this is the correct place to ask and if not I'm sorry 😅 So I have keratosis pilaris and my son has it too, we've been using the SA soothing cleanser but it won't budge. Is there any routine that would help us? My son is only 10 and he's feeling a little self conscious and so am I 😖

Hi thanks for replying. I did take him to the GP and they prescribed hibi scrub which intensely drys his skin out, he's to use this three times a week but it's like washing him with hand sanitizer
