I have combo skin, which people normally assume I have an Oily T zone... but my T is a little wonky. ... I have a dry, Flaky forehead, really oily nose and chin. ... blemish prone chin and jaw, .. is that normal?

yes. The T zone model does not work for everyone. I also have dry and oily places which don't match up
