What would advise for sensitive and itchy skin on arms and legs, what would you use after a shower and bath, when itchiness is unbearable?

I use the Lipikar Range from La Roche Posay, it’s not Cerave but part of the same umbrella group. My skin condition is atopic dermatitis and is super dry and horribly itchy but the shower oil especially has made a real difference 💙
