Bumpy skin

I suffer from bumpy skin and use this smoothing cream on my body regularly.I never thought about using it on my face until last night.I applied it before going to bed to my whole face.There was a slight tingle on my cheeks and forehead where the sandpaper like skin is.It’s early days but the bumpy skin is less red this morning.I’m going to keep applying it on my face at night and see how long it takes to fully work 💙
