This miscellar cleansing water is just phenomenal. It really removes long lasting lipstick and waterproof mascara. I use it nightly on a cotton ball and Everything comes off without pulling and tugging my delicate eye area. I follow with the hydrating cleanser. Love that it has niacinamide.
