Cream to foam absolutely! It froths just the right amount, and the pump dispenses just the right amount also. I like the fact that it is fragrance free so there are no harsh perfumes on my skin. For years I tried different face washes, creams and gels, but they would always leave my skin tight and unbalanced. Cerave cream to foam leaves my skin clean, balanced and feeling fresh. Great stuff!
