Healthy Skin Habits
Apart from using Skincare products to keep skin moisturised and healthy I try to keep the skin healthy from within. These are few things i do to keep my skin hydrated and glowing.
1. I make sure to drink atleast 2 ltrs of water a day.
2. I eat salad tomatoes that help keep the skin glowing.
3. I use cold water to wash my face most times.
