Skin gone super sensitive - thank you CeraVe

I have combination skin and I once tried the Glycolic acid to see what all the hype was about. OMG my skin reacted so badly. My cheeks were like burned. I started to just use a very simple routine of gentle CeraVe cleanser, face moisturiser and plenty of suncream, for a few days, hoping a speedy recovery. Thankfully this helped me to restore my skin barrier after 7/10 days. Did you ever have a bad reaction to Glycolic acid even with a non sensitive skin?
