Now the weather is getting colder my skin gets very dry. Even more so with the central heating on which tends to dry my skin out even more. I’m also menopausal so I’m looking for a good moisturiser that will keep my skin hydrated. My top til is to make sure you drink plenty of water. This helps to hydrate the skin and keep it fresh and clear.
