This would be ideal for me. I've seen dermatologists nothing they offered came close to clearing blemishes I've tried so many other creams,gels,washes and moisturisers with some success. But nothing like cerave. I've developed a routine now that's extremely effective for my skin. and now I've begun to feel more confident now that my skin is clearer I can look people in the face and not feel they're looking at me and seeing the blemishes. My top tip always wash make up off before bed, try not to touch your face too much and stick to your skin care routine.
