Water, rest, moisturise and vitamins

Moisturise in the morning particularly around the eye area. Take vitamins, and drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoiding caffeine and alcohol if feasible. At night, I remove my makeup and moisturise again with Cerave night face cream (focusing particularly around my eyes again). I also sleep on my back to try and prevent wrinkles.
