When you’re making your skincare routine, if you’re using vitamin c or peptides In you morning routine make sure you skip it out on your evening as if you’re using a retinol they cancel each other out so just double check you’re not being counter productive during your routines

I have both dry and oily skin at different points in the month. Since starting with a few cerave products my flare-ups have not been as bad. I'd love to be able to try a few more especially since turning 33 and fine lines appearing
