Good Morning, I am really struggling with the skin under my eyes at the moment, they have gone really saggy, wrinkling, puffy and dark. Like there is fluid under my skin. My forehead is super dry and it snows every time I touch my head. Finally, above my top lip is constantly dry. I have been using hydrocortisone, cerave repair ointment, moisturiser. Can anyone help?

It could be due to the constant changes in the weather. It sounds like you are using everything I would suggest already. If it continues, I would try the pharmacy and see if they can suggest anything else over the counter. Failing that, I would see a GP as it could be a vitamin deficiency or eczema etc. They may be able to provide something stronger for you. Hope that helps and hope you get sorted x

Hi @Lauren I recommend cleansing with the hydrating foaming oil cleanser for your face which is for dry-very dry skin. Then for your eyes you can apply the skin renewing eye cream which is a peptide complex, helping to brighten and firm around the eye area. For your face apply the hyaluronic acid serum, which will help to rehydrate your skin, and always apply the spf 50 lotion to protect your skin and moisturise 💙

I started swimming at a new pool recently which seem to have very excessive amounts of chlorine. Previous pool was fone and I didnt need to apply anything to protect my skin. Last time I went swimming, I forgot to apply my barrier cream. My skin isn't usually sensitive and I vary my routine so that around the day I go swimming I don't use anything harsh and this has been fine. I spent 45 mins with my face directly in the water and after it felt very irritated,dry and textured. See pic for ref. For past week I have been doing gentle cleansing only so not to make matters worse and keeping to a simple moisturiser and spf to protect. It's healed, no more stinging but the dryness and texture still remains. Please advise products to help smooth it back to normal.

Hi @Salmak247 That sounds really uncomfortable! It's good you've been gentle with your skin since the chlorine exposure. To tackle the lingering dryness and texture, a consistent hydrating routine is key. I recommend the Hydrating foaming oil cleanser for gentle cleansing, followed by the Hyaluronic Acid Serum to draw moisture into the skin. Lock in that hydration with a thick layer of Moisturising Cream morning and night - always follow with spf 50 lotion. For extra dry or rough patches, add the Ointment at night to create a protective barrier. Give this routine a few weeks and see if it helps restore your skin's smoothness.💙
