Hi, Do niacinamide and retinol play nice together? I have been using products containing both for a while but always separate and would like to take it to the next level now and layer them but don’t want to end up breaking out. I know retinol cannot be mixed with certain things but can’t remember top of my head which ones right now and don’t want to play chemistry on my face :)) Thank you.

@Emily @ CeraVe Hi 👋 . I do use niacinamide in the morning alternating with a peptide serum that my skin seems to love and I always use high SPF and reapply during the day. It was more for the evening that I was asking as atm I’m only doing one active a night and was thinking of taking my skincare routine to the next lvl. Not enough nights in the week 😂

Hello @Lizzy you can apply the hyaluronic acid serum am after cleansing, this will help to lock in hyaluronic acid levels, rehydrating the skin. In the pm, you could apply the blemish control gel on the blemish only areas and hyaluronic acid serum on the dry areas. In the morning add the spf 50 lotion to moisturise and protect over the hyaluronic acid serum. 💚💙

Hello @Shake This will be really ideal to use post blemish marks, it will help to reduce the blemish marks over time by resurfacing the skin. Use this PM after cleansing, you may wanted to slowly introduce this so once every other night and apply the spf 50 lotion in the day to protect your skin. Once you have built intolerance, every night 💚💙

Hello @Rockstar it depends on your skin, and how it is feeling and also how often you’re reapply your SPF throughout the day. Adding to this the day you’ve had, if been in a city as pollution you made feel like you want to double cleanse. Otherwise a one step cleanse with the foaming gel or another cleanser suited would be fine for sure 💙💚

Good morning if I choose a good product like a cream , moisturiser or a Cleanser it’s my type skin for example my skin dry I choose a Cleanser for a dry skin? it will be the good one for my skin or maybe I choose products and the same for my type skin but it’s not good for my skin ? Hello! Yes you should choose a cleanser for your skin type, I recommend the Hydrating Cleansers. The SA Cleanser is a good exfoliating wash which is good if you have skin texture or rough/bumpy skin 💙💚
