Firstly, drink enough water to stay hydrated. Get 7-8 hours sleep every night. Use: the hydrating cleanser.

Hydrating cleanser, there are different types: oil, creamy and regular (gel like) hydrating cleanser. Follow up with moisturizer.

@Elizabeth @ CeraVe It happens whenever I use a new spf on different brand... I used CeraVe spf and I didn't get any itch after the first use.... I'm using it regularly now and most of my skin concerns reduced.
