Wash the rice and use the water from the first rice wash to wash your face because it contains a lot of starch which is supposedly good for the skin. This was widely used about 50 years ago. When I was a child I saw my mother and her friends do this and she explained to me that the objective was to lighten and moisturize the skin. This work? I really don't know but today we have many cosmetic products that supposedly use rice/starch in their composition.

I once saw a girl applying a flour and milk mixture to her face and letting it dry before scrubbing it off. She claimed it exfoliated her skin and removes the peach fuzz ☠️ P.s Please don't do this! Flour when dried is very hard and can damage your skin
