Picture to show the consistency of the CeraVe renewing foot cream. Yes I know itโ€™s on the back of my hand but thatโ€™s for 2 reasons - firstly my feet whilst now nicely moisturised are so twisted and gnarled that it would make some people poorly just seeing them, lol but secondly the amount I have put on my hand covers my full hand, front and back showing that a little really does go a long way. Iโ€™ve written a review of my experience with the cream under the product itself in the CeraVe loveโ€™s category but just wanted to add this picture to show the consistency and quantities in proportion. Yes I love the cream though and it definitely does the job providing you put in the effort and are consistent. ๐Ÿ’•

There was a time when my skin felt like a constant battle. Every day, Iโ€™d wake up, look in the mirror, and brace myself to face a reflection that seemed to highlight every single imperfection. Redness, bumps, dark spotsโ€”the list felt endless, and I was constantly cycling through products, routines, and advice, all in the hopes of a miracle. At times, I felt hopeless. No matter how many new treatments I tried or how much money I spent, it seemed like nothing would ever work. My skinโ€™s stubbornness had a way of pulling down my confidence and making even the smallest social situations feel daunting. But deep down, I held onto hope that one day, things might get better. Then, something shifted. I began to focus less on fighting my skin and more on understanding it. I took time to learn what my skin actually needed. I cut back on harsh treatments and heavy products and found a routine that was gentle yet effective, sticking with ingredients that soothed rather than stripped my skin. Slowly but surely, I started to see changes. The redness began to calm, the breakouts faded, and my skin felt stronger, clearer, and healthier. Now, when I look in the mirror, I see a reflection of resilience. My skin tells a story of patience, care, and transformation. Itโ€™s not just that my skin has cleared upโ€”thereโ€™s a new glow, a newfound confidence that goes deeper than surface level. Iโ€™m proud of the journey Iโ€™ve been on and of all the ways my skin has taught me to be kind, gentle, and patient with myself.

Snuggling up to your pillow may be bad for your skin. Besides the fact that squishing your face can cause premature lines, it can also lead to breakouts, oh no!. Those styling products you put in your hair can rub off on your pillow and wind up on your face. And when was the last time you actually washed your pillowcase? Play it safe by staying on your back while you snooze.

A mug of hot water (not boiling!) and fresh lemon juice flushes out bad toxins in your body that can cause acne ๐Ÿ‹.

Crushing an aspirin and rubbing it on a damp face will help unclog pores leaving the skin bright and tight. Does not work obvs.
