So everyone knows my big fat Greek wedding right... windolene fixes all issues of the skin especially spots ๐Ÿคฃ obviously I've never tried it!

The idea comes from the placenta being packed with nutrients, growth factors, and hormones that theoretically could benefit skin and hair. Celebs and influencers have touted it, sometimes even taking it in pill form! But thereโ€™s no solid scientific backing for any direct skin benefits from ingesting placenta, and it can come with health risks due to possible bacteria and toxins, especially if not processed correctly.

I have seen actual 'experts' online saying people shouldn't use SPF and I'm just sat there like 'I know it's the internet but is it even legal to tell people to go get skin cancer?!' #FactCheckYourFeed
