It depends if you are near an indoor UV light or natural sunshine. In full sunshine, I would apply it just under every two hours. As you can see in my profile photo, I also wear a UVF hat if I am in direct sunlight.

How much encapsulated retinol is in the resurfacing retinol serum? Is it suitable for use for someone who has been using a prescribed retinol or is it likely to not be as effective?

Strength is not always the most important thing in a topical retinoid, unless you have severe stage 4 acne or the like. It is better to find a serum you are happy with & suits your skin.🌹

@Pocketminxuk and @Katy Yes, Pocketminxuk is right. Unsupervised use of a prescription retinoid or similar can cause severe irritation. Unfortunately, such things are now available online, and can be harmful.

Hello. I'd like to ask a question regarding SPF and children. I've read on the community that to effectively remove SPF we should use double cleansing. What happens when we are talking about children's skin? I would presume that a if a regular cleanser isn't enough for adults, will a children's product dissolve and remove the solar filters? I'd appreciate feedback on this, thank you in advance
